1. Acceptance of Terms

apostiloscos is a trading name operated by USC Market Place PTY LTD. By accessing or using the apostiloscos platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and administrators.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. USC Market Place PTY LTD (ABN: 93 182 464) is a company registered in Victoria, with its registered office at Level 10 443-449 Toorak Rd, Toorak, VIC 3142, Australia.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@uscmarketplace.com.

3. Course Access & Licences

3.1 One-Time Purchase

When you purchase a course with a one-time payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes for as long as USC Market Place PTY LTD makes the course available.

3.2 Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions grant access to course content for the duration of the active subscription period. Access is revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.

3.3 Restrictions

• You may not share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense course content.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or download course materials except where expressly permitted.
• You may not use course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes for active subscriptions at least 30 days in advance.

4.2 Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. For minor failures, we may repair or replace the service. If you have purchased a one-time course and have not yet accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

4.3 Subscriptions

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for subscription cancellations.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the apostiloscos platform — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of USC Market Place PTY LTD or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Australia.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by USC Market Place PTY LTD without restriction or compensation to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engage in cheating, academic dishonesty, or misrepresenting quiz/exam results.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully finishing a course, including passing all required assessments. Certificates are for personal use only and do not constitute official academic credentials unless explicitly stated. USC Market Place PTY LTD reserves the right to revoke certificates issued in error or obtained through dishonest means.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian law, USC Market Place PTY LTD does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or career results from completing our courses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USC Market Place PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an Australian consumer.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
